Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient handling from receipt to dispatch
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, providing updates on order status and resolving any queries promptly
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, managing sales data, and coordinating with other departments
  • Update and maintain customer records in the company's CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Ensuring inventory levels are managed and posting purchase orders to the internal system
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales orders, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents.

Ideal Sales Administrator Candidate:

  • Order processing experience advantageous
  • Meticulous and thorough, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
