We are looking for a cover supervisor to join our leading school in Bodmin. The 11-19 school prides itself on delivering an outstanding education to children and has received national recognition for raising aspirations and removing social mobility barriers. The school is also easily accessible by public transport.
The successful candidate will be responsible for general teacher cover during leaves of absence.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Teacher, Cover Supervisor, High level Teaching Assistant or an experienced Teaching Assistant will be considered. (experiences gained in the UK or abroad)
- A good level of education, with experience with classroom management (transferable skills to the nature of the role)
- A passion for teaching and learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to motivate and engage students
