My client, a Legal 100 firm, is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor/Legal Executive (FILEx) to join its growing team that supports clients in managing their funds to meet their ongoing needs.
What will you do?
- Support the Deputy or Trustee
- Court applications, annual reporting
- Liaise with a range of family members but also other professionals also assisting the client
What do you need?
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (FILEx) with at least 1 year's post qualification
- Have experience working with clients - both vulnerable and those who have suffered catastrophic injury
- Must be comfortable handling your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Previous experience making Court of Protection applications
