Customer Support Team Member x 10

We are delighted to assist our valued client with their seasonal recruitment for 10 Customer Support Team Members, based in North Coventry. Hours of work Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00 ½ hour unpaid lunch.

A basic DBS is to be undertaken for successful candidates.

Working from approximately from 23rd August until approximately till the end of September, requirements to complete the entire assignment due to training and deadlines.

As a Customer Support Team Member will be responsible for providing front line support and multi-channel communication with users, responding to all enquiries, and supporting end-users via email and social media channels.

With responsibility for all day-to-day customer contact with users, the role demands a commitment to customer satisfaction, a passion for excellence and a desire to ensure that every customer receives the best possible support.

As part of a small team, you will be asked to meet, and exceed customer satisfaction KPI's as well as internal performance targets. You will also learn to support additional business areas to ensure quality and consistency of support for the existing business.
