Credit Controller (Part-Time)

- Salary: £22k-£24k Pro Rata
We are seeking a Credit Controller to join our in-house Finance team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in managing outstanding balances and ensuring timely payments. You will be working closely with our current Credit Controller to maintain efficient credit control processes and contribute to the financial health of the company.
Day to Day of the role:
- Collaborate with the current Credit Controller to manage and arrange payment of outstanding balances with clients.
- Process credit card receipts over the phone and handle direct debit receipts.
- Perform monthly credit control routines to ensure efficient debtor management.
- Work with portfolio holders to achieve cash collection targets and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Handle bookkeeping and administrative tasks related to billing, debtor management, and credit control.
- Be proactive in identifying and resolving issues that may affect the timely payment of accounts.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well within a dynamic team.
- Motivation to take on additional finance tasks and responsibilities when required.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
