Case Manager - Gerrards Cross - Full time in the office

Job Description

We are an established Property Finance Brokerage specialising in Bridging, Buy to Let, Commercial Term and Development finance.

We are building an amazing team and looking for an experienced, ambitious and driven Case Manager to join the team, based at our offices in Gerrards Cross.

The role will require first class processing skills along with experience in dealing with Lenders, Valuers, Solicitors and Brokers.

You will be required to place loan enquiries with Lenders, as well as process these cases, from submission to completion, in a timely and efficient manner, using a multitude of skills including written communication, administration and risk management.

This is a role that requires first class processing skills a proactive, flexible, hardworking approach and positive attitude; with a need for attention to detail and strong organisational skills, managing multiple priorities and problem solving.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing loan applications to be referred for approval.
  • CeMap qualified, ideal but not essential, as assistance to obtain full qualification can be provided.
  • Working with the team to meet and ideally exceed SLA levels.
  • Delivering a first-class personalised service: Liaising with customers, Intermediaries, Surveyors, and Solicitors during the loan process, through to the completion.
  • Ensure all applications are accurate and complete before submission to Lenders.
  • Process applications through to legal completion in an efficient and compliant manner.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation has been provided.
  • Load and scan client information onto the CRM system
  • Set reviews to ensure application is processed promptly through to offer stage.
  • Communicate with the lender throughout the process.
  • Check loan documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate regularly with Solicitors and Brokers through to legal completion.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date notes and commentary for compliance purposes.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Significant experience in processing loans
  • Well organised, coupled with a good eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills
  • The ability to work under pressure with decision making responsibilities.
  • High levels of personal and professional integrity
  • Highly organised with a flexible approach to working.
  • Fully understand and compliant with operational procedures, FCA requirements and SLA's.
  • Determined to succeed, high energy levels and a good team player.
  • A very strong work ethic and a focus on delivery.

Salary 30k - to 35k start off basic(depending on experience)
