£30,000 - 35,000 basic salary | £3,500 car allowance | Commission expected to provide a £60,000 - 70,000 OTE | 1 day per week WFH | 25 days annual leave | 8.30 - 5pm working hours Monday - Friday.
Harrison Sands are hiring for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our client's thriving construction team in Edinburgh, one of their top performing national divisions!
We have a warm desk on offer currently generating £3,000 GP per week with two main contractor clients being earmarked to pass over to this desk, meaning that although this is a 360 role there is immediate (quality!) business to work and immediate commission to earn!
This position will suit an experienced Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 year specifically supplying into a blue collar construction temps client base. It's based in Edinburgh centre, easy walk from public transport links and offers 1 day per week of your choice working from home.
Our client love to reward their staff, so in the last year consultants in this division have enjoyed an incentive trip to Rome, quarterly more local incentive rewards and this is supported by an ongoing training and development plan, regular salary and promotional reviews.
