Your Role and Responsibilities

You will act as a key contact for larger, more complex clients, offering proactive advice and tailored solutions and providing strategic guidance to meet their financial needs while ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction. You will drive business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and grow the firm's client base. You'll also be managing and developing the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement and assist the Managing Director with various ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience, ideally within an accountancy firm or professional services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills and a thorough knowledge of UK GAAP or IFRS. We value ambition and a demonstrated ability to progress, evidenced by a history of internal promotions and professional growth.
