Part Time Membership Support Consultant

We're excited to be recruiting for a Part Time Membership Support Consultant to join our client, based in Birmingham City Centre.

This is a part time position, working 3 days per week Monday to Friday – 22.5 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building rapport, handling high call volumes, and providing first-class service.

Benefits include 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays pro rata, a health insurance plan and benefits package. Pro Rata salary is £14,742 / £12.60 per hour.

As a Membership Support Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Making 40 - 50 outbound calls per day to existing members to discuss renewal of their membership
  • Building positive relationships and ensuring members are fully informed about the value and benefits of continued membership
  • Processing applications as and when required
  • Supporting other departments as needed with a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations

As a Membership Support Consultant, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administration, insurance or membership-based environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and maintaining professionalism at all times
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to process information accurately
  • A positive team player who is adaptable and willing to support across departments
  • Good administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
