About the role;

As a Web Analytics Executive you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting website data to improve the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns and strategies. In alignment with the company SEO and Content Plan, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding customer behaviour, tracking conversions, and providing insights to optimise the company's web presence and conversion rates.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

  • Implement and manage web analytics tools and platforms.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on website traffic and user behaviour.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve website performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to enhance user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web analytics and online marketing.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience;

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • HubSpot skills are desirable but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant experience in marketing analytics.
  • B2B experience is essential.
