Inizio Engage are excited to recruit for a Fleet Administrator for our client, global manufacturers and distributors for high quality Waterbased and UV Coatings, certificated Pressroom chemicals, Pressroom chemicals, Fountain solutions and sundry products.
The Fleet Administrator role will involve, supporting fleet users with breakdown, routine servicing and hire provisions, maintain fleet compliance, conduct driving licence checks and report on fleet costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support fleet users with breakdown, routine servicing, and hire provisions
- Chase inspection sheets and follow up on reported defects
- Maintain fleet compliance
- Driving licence checks
- Keep fleet tracking software up to date with vehicle movements
- Update MID portal and other portals e.g. Dart Charge/TFL
- Capture Fleet data for carbon reporting
- Report on fleet costs
- Administer and assist with acquisition, maintenance and disposal of the companies digital assets (mobiles, laptops, desktops, servers)
- Supported by external IT support
