Independently managing a case load independently to include but not limited to:
- Theft
- Assault
- Drug offenses
- Other Criminal offenses
What will be expected from you?
- Undertake research, analysing case laws, and preparing arguments to support clients cases
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
- To provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients at every stage of the criminal justice process
- Representing clients in Magistrates' Court proceedings
- Effectively prepare and present cases in court to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration by liaising with clients, barristers, and other professionals involved in cases.
- Maintain accurate and updated case records and documentation
