The Role:

As a Sales Advisor in our branches, you play a crucial role in the business's success. You'll regularly connect with trade customers, both face-to-face but predominantly over the phone, to build relationships, secure new business, and strengthen ties with existing clients, ensuring we fulfil our customer promise.

What will you be doing?

  • Be an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings to customers and be seen as a trusted advisor – full training will be provided
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers aiming to win sales
  • Work collaboratively with the other areas of the branch, ensuring that the customer needs are met
  • Work closely with other internal teams across the business to understand our products and be one step ahead of our customer needs
  • Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand customer returns and look to reduce our return rate
