An established company based in Biggin Hill have an opening for a Contracts Administrator. The Contracts Administrator role involves compiling and pricing works, liaising with subcontractors, assisting with quotations, and providing administrative support for the wider team.

Salary up to £32,000

Due to location you must be a driver with own vehicle.

  • Pricing jobs based on materials and subcontractors
  • Monitoring and accurately inputting relevant data into the in-house database
  • Processing subcontractor applications for payment
  • Assisting with preparation and submission of quotations
  • Assisting the Contract Manager with producing reports and documentation
  • Liaising with clients regarding any queries or issues
  • Collating client information for audit
  • Managing calls and emails

Administrator skills/competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
