Salary up to £32,000
Due to location you must be a driver with own vehicle.
- Pricing jobs based on materials and subcontractors
- Monitoring and accurately inputting relevant data into the in-house database
- Processing subcontractor applications for payment
- Assisting with preparation and submission of quotations
- Assisting the Contract Manager with producing reports and documentation
- Liaising with clients regarding any queries or issues
- Collating client information for audit
- Managing calls and emails
Administrator skills/competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
