Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, while proactively resolving any conflicts.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, organise meeting materials, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure meetings are productive and outcomes are tracked.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Document Management: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives by conducting research, gathering data, and providing administrative support to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Expense Reporting: Manage and track the executive's expenses, process reimbursements, and maintain accurate records for budgetary purposes.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Strong Communicator: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally, even under pressure
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in Private Equity, or Financial Services or another corporate environment.
