Apprentice - Customer Service Telephone Advisor

Our Customer Service Contact Centre are looking for friendly, helpful people to join them on an Apprenticeship programme.

The role involves taking lots of calls from different customers providing them with a great service. Giving them updates on their account, completing transactions over the phone to dealing with any other questions or queries they may have, are key parts of the role.

It'll involve finding solutions for our customers, dealing with their call effectively whilst keeping up to date with our products, services and policies. You'll also support customer enquiries through inputting information accurately and efficiently. As the role grows training and support will be given to deal with other queries like opening accounts or helping our customers through more difficult / sensitive situations.

Our Senior Financial Services Customer Advisor Level 3 Apprenticeship is a 15 month programme that will require commitment to both work and the study of a professional qualification. The apprenticeship is supported by our market leading training provider so a high quality training to develop subject matter will be given as well as training and support internally on our systems & processes will also be given

Support of a "buddy" to answer any questions as well as a line manager who will also provide regular feedback and support will ensure the most can be gained from the programme.

We're looking for people who are passionate about developing their skills and career in the main but you'll also have some experience of dealing with people, have good communication skills and providing a good service. We can train you how to use our systems and all about our services but you'll ideally already have grade 4, GCSE C or equivalent in Maths and English.

Good attention to detail skills would be helpful and you'll also be talking to lots of different people, so you'll be confident talking to a diverse range of different people.
