We're looking for a Head of Project and Programme Management Office (PPMO) to join our Centre of Excellence and help ensure the successful realisation of the National Trust's strategic goals.
Ideally, you'll have experience of leading or working within a PMO as well as managing large and complex projects that include multiple cross-departmental priorities, stakeholder management, planning, delivery and governance.
We're also looking for someone who has passion and commitment to delivering real benefits for our people and teams.
Please note this is a 6-month secondment opportunity, due to end when the previous employee returns from their secondment.
This is a full-time position 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and may involve some travel as the project develops.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office 2 days per week. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.
What you'll be doing
As Head of PPMO you'll be part of a wider project team responsible for Planning, Project and Programme Delivery and Capability.
This will include supporting the National Trusts central Investment Board as well as working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to support best practice in project and programme delivery.
By becoming a part of the Project & Programme Management Office (PPMO), you'll offer specialised guidance and knowledge on projects and programs to help implement the National Trust's strategy.

- Experience leading or playing a senior role in a PMO
- Experience delivery complex projects
