Position Overview
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for eyewear production.
- Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal functionality of machinery.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance production capabilities.
**Manufacturing Engineer
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in the eyewear or consumer goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
