Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment:
- Act as the liaison between business units and IT, ensuring technology aligns with business goals.
- Develop a thorough understanding of business operations, objectives, and challenges.
- Engage in strategic planning to prioritise technology requirements.
Technology Solutions Development:
- - Collect and convert business requirements into technical specifications.
- - Collaborate with IT to design and implement scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
Project Management:
- Oversee technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve successful project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address issues.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
- Communicate project status and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.

Skills and Experience:
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with a successful track record in delivering technology projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, focused on delivering innovative solutions.
Desirable Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of current and emerging technologies relevant to the retail industry.
