Salary: £24,000

Days/ Times: Monday- Friday / 8:45- 17:30 + 1 in 3 Saturdays / 8:45- 13:00

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager to join their busy office in Mapperley. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing property management and lettings activities and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out viewings on rental properties
  • Negotiating terms of a rental with tenants
  • Managing the application process, referencing and preparing tenancy agreements
  • Carrying Out Check Out and Move in Inventories
  • Keeping files up to date and compliant
  • Arranging Quarterly Inspections and lodging the results of the inspections
  • Maintaining regular contact with landlords, who have property on the market with the agency
  • Dealing with Property Maintenance
  • Actively looking for tenants for properties on the market
  • Answering phone calls, dealing with walk in enquiries, arranging viewings and conducting feedback for landlords/vendors

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lettings, with a strong track record of successful Property Management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of property management regulations and legal requirements.
  • Familiarity with local property markets and trends.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • UK driving license and own transport.
