Salary:
Up to £28,000 + £30,000 per annum + Bonus incentive
Hours:
Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm
Benefits:
25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, Company Bonus Incentive (after qualifying period) 14-16% of annual earning potential dependant on the profitability of the business, paid quarterly, Company Pension Scheme: Employer 7%, Employee 5% minimum contribution.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking detailed quality inspections during and after paint applications to ensure standards, procedures and expectations are being upheld.
- Upon completion of the paint application, re-dress the products with the appropriate hardware, inclusive of cutting mesh to the required measurement and ensure all is completed on the door prior to packaging process.
- Upon satisfactory inspection of finished goods, packaging each product carefully to eliminate transport damage ready for despatch.
- Assisting with the loading of goods ready for despatch to the customer, ensuring correct labelling is on the packaging.
- Provide potential paint process timings/schedules as required by the business.
- To contribute towards the construction and implementation of continuous improvement programs within the Paint shop area and due processes.
- To ensure all working practices and operation of machinery is conducted within the appropriate company or legislative Health & Safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Experience working in a Despatch Environment
- Good attention to detail and pride in the finished product
- Good health & safety awareness
