Professional services company (c800 staff and multiple offices ) have a new position for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer 3rd/4th Line .
You must have experience as an escalation point/SME level experience operating at 3rd/4th line support.
You'll possess broad knowledge across Azure,VMware, networking, Hybrid Cloud and provide high level support across a range of complex technical issues.
Escalation point/SME level experience operating at 3rd/4th line support Provide 3rd line technical support, resolving complex issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and VMware Lead technical projects and implementations, ensuring best practices and optimal performance.
