A leading manufacturing business are currently looking for an Embedded Software Team Lead to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of engineers that are specialists in real time software development
- Being responsible for the development and delivery of software on time and on cost
- Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders
- Providing regular reports to demonstrate progress
- Ensuring the application of software development plans to the development cycle
- Working across a range of products
The Successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Understanding of technology used in real time embedded software development
- Understanding of SysML/UML and C, C++
- Experience leading a team
- Experience working in a high technology environment
- Awareness of standards such as DefStan 00-55 & DO178B/C
