Our Client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Resident Engineer to join the team based on-site at their offices in the Bradford area.

Client Details

Our client is a large-scale entity within the property and construction industry, boasting a nationwide presence with a strong focus on construction, maintenance and facilities management.

Description

  • The primary focus of this role will be to conduct planned preventative, Multi-disciplined maintenance and reactive works to the buildings plant, equipment, and systems
  • Respond to site engineering emergencies on behalf of our clients
  • Record all reactive and PPM tasks accurately and in detail using report sheets and ensure signed by the client weekly.
  • Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks conducted to provide safe working practices.
  • Supervise subcontractors effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Resident Engineer should have:

  • A working knowledge and a understanding of the functionality of AHU's, Generators, UPS, A/C, Building Management System will be required
  • Having the relevant qualifications and experience for your discipline - 18th Edition is ideal!
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
