An exciting opportunity has arisen for a great Junior Account Manager to join a growing tech company based in the heart of the West End. They are looking for someone who is personable and switched on to come and join – it is hybrid between 9-6 and offers up to £31k, DOE with some great benefits.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Speak with clients on the phone and via email
- Onboard and train new clients
- Proactively manage and nurture client relationships to enhance platform usage
- Track and monitor client activity
- Identify opportunities for growth and to increase revenue
- Gather and share client insights to continuously improve service

Requirements
- Top communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong telephone skills
- Happy picking up new platforms
- Experience within an office environment before
- Strong team player comfortable in a flexible environment
Location: West End with a hybrid set up
Salary: £28-31k
