Job Title: Town Planner / Senior Planner

The Role:
As part of this dynamic planning team, you'll be involved in delivering expert planning advice and managing a wide variety of planning applications, from residential to commercial and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the preparation and management of planning applications and appeals.
- Offering strategic planning advice to both public and private sector clients.
- Engaging with local authorities, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Contributing to the development of planning strategies and policies.
- Supporting and mentoring junior planners (for Senior Planner role).
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant degree in Town Planning or a related field.
- Chartered (or working towards chartered status) with the RTPI.
- Experience managing planning applications, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
