My client is looking to recrurit an experienced Management Accountant to support he Financial Controller in a growth period for the organisation. This is a permanent role, and the succesful Management Accountant can expect an exctiting career journey as the organisation continues to grow.
A summary of duties for the Management Accountant will include :
- Ensure that balance sheet reconciliations are prepared on a monthly basis, and that all balances are correct and differences investigated.
- Production and posting of key journals including accruals, prepayments, accrued and deferred income.
- Support the commercial finance team with information and performance analysis to assist decision making for local teams.
- Assist in the production of accurate monthly and quarterly flash results for the Senior Management Team
- Assisting in year-end statutory audit process.
- Other ad hoc projects as required by Finance Director or Financial Controller.
- Manage the Fixed Asset Register and ensure timely postings on acquisition/disposal of assets
