Are you a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with an appetite for a new challenge and a passion for non-contentious commercial matters? My client is currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE to join their reputable team based in Dartford.
- Act for a variety of clients in non-contentious commercial matters, primarily focusing on property, including freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions, development, and secured lending.
- Handle business sales and purchases, with some limited engagement in residential property matters.
- Manage own caseload, meet deadlines, and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE
- IT literate and experienced in residential conveyancing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage tight deadlines and targets
- Confident, commercially minded, and professional approach
- Positive, pro-active, and good problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE
- Some experience within residential conveyancing desirable
- Professional, positive, and pro-active demeanour
