Role and responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including property owners, developers, buyers & tenants.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.
- List properties for sale and rent through online portals.
- Show properties to prospective buyers or tenants, providing detailed information and answering questions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favourable outcomes for all parties involved.
- Continuously update knowledge of the real estate market, industry best practices, and technological advancements.
