Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a temporary administrator position within a Business Development team of a US law firm.
This would be on a rolling week to week basis (with a one week notice period). Duties will include but aren't limited to:
- Taking meeting notes
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Formatting client materials, including power point presentations and word documents
- Carrying out ad hoc research
- Organising meetings
- Supporting the execution of internal and external events
- Maintaining data in the Firm's CRM tool (Dynamics)
