We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate Recruitment Advisor to join a national logistics company on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of recruitment and is looking for great exposure in a dynamic environment.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Accountable for managing the recruitment needs of your dedicated areas.
  • Support multiple sites as part of an Agile team to meet operational demands.
  • Provide administrative support for internal and external recruitment campaigns, including coordinating interviews and updating the ATS and job boards.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process.
  • Track and report on recruiting statistics while maintaining high accuracy in our in-house systems.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required criteria.
  • Handle related administrative tasks, schedule interviews, and support pre-screening and assessment stages, including conducting assessments or interviews as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel between Staffordshire-based sites.
  • Experience managing high volumes of recruitment within an in-house environment.
  • Proven ability to handle large recruitment volumes efficiently.
  • Skilled in sourcing and hiring candidates.
  • Team player with the ability to drive excellent resourcing services.
  • Organised, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in improving recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of various interview and assessment techniques.
  • Flexibility to adapt and reprioritise based on operational needs.
  • Experience in the logistics and supply chain industries is ideal.
