Night shift forklift driver / warehouse operative required for a temp – to – perm placement in Bristol – BS4
- £28,376 per annum
- Monday – Friday 19:00-04:00, with 30 minute break
- Start ASAP
- Weekly paid for the first 15 weeks before transferring to a permanent contract

About the role
- Operate a pallet truck or forklift (counterbalance / reach truck) to load and unload vehicles, transport pallets, rearrange stock etc
- Ensuring products are stored safely and labelled correctly.
- Inspect stock for defects or damage, reporting any concerns to the shift manager.
- Occasionally assisting customers at the Trade Counter.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
The right candidate
- Valid and current Forklift, Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre.
- Familiarity with goods-in and goods-out, inventory and general logistics.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexible attitude toward varying working hours (rotational shifts, or peak sales)
- Happy to carry out manual handling duties as required
