Key Responsibilities

- Use your creativity to find talent through adverts, job boards, LinkedIn, and our extensive database.
- Conduct engaging phone screenings, making each candidate feel special as you explain job roles and required experience.
- Craft captivating and effective job adverts that attract top talent for our live roles.
- Keep our clients and candidates in the loop with updates on recruitment progress. Arrange interviews, provide feedback, and coordinate start dates.
- Attend client visits to immerse yourself in their business world and understand their specific job roles.
- Polish CVs to perfection before presenting them to clients.
- Handle essential tasks like right to work checks, references, and DBS checks with precision.
Required Skills and Experience
