Conference Producer responsibilities:
- Build and deliver world-class programs and events
- Conduct telephone and web-based market research to identify conference topics
- Recruit high-level speakers
- Help expand a network of leaders
- Develop event agendas and marketing materials to promote events
- Project Manage events from concept to delivery
- Structure conference/event programs to enhance interaction and sharing
- Drive event narrative, identify speakers and industry experts
- Travel domestically and internationally
Conference Producer skills, traits, and experience:
- A Research-based degree
- 24+ months experience Delegate Sales, Journalism, Executive Search or similar
- Strong research and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, engaging, and professional attitude
- Multi-tasking
- Willingness to learn and freedom to travel
