THE ROLE
As an Audience Analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Looking at long form analysis with SQL and Python - working on campaigns, running A/B tests, understanding retention/churn/loyalty/lifetime value
- Oversee and report on the performance of the company's membership scheme
- Taking a specialist lead on targeted data challenges including the improvement of data collection & capture, the storage and and visualisation.
- Provide analytical support to campaign managers in developing campaigns - reaching new audiences and retaining existing ones.
- Manage a Data Analyst and Junior Data Analyst
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Ability to write code in SQL and Python is a must
- Experience in advanced analytics
- Experience in database management and building dashboards
- Previous management experience
