Product Designer
- Location: Westminster (Hybrid working available)
- Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + Bonus

We are seeking a creative and experienced Product Designer to join our Product Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing a user-centric experience with elegant interfaces for our app, ensuring the integration of innovative features. This is an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our digital products and make a significant impact on our user experience.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Development teams to optimise and evolve app and web design for our products.
- Address design problems from start to finish, turning insights from research and analytics into concepts for disruptive new products and features.
- Sketch and prototype ideas to assess viability, and design detailed components, interactions, and transitions.
- Present design ideas and rationale, advocate for your designs, and incorporate feedback.
- Conduct research and present innovative designs that align with business objectives and target audience.
- Work with the marketing team to support product launches.
- Maintain the app design to the highest standard, staying abreast of the latest mobile design trends.
- Manage the design system and component libraries, ensuring comprehensive documentation and smooth design handover.
- Collaborate across functions and with stakeholders on design and feature ideas to enable successful implementation.
- Stay updated with design trends, technologies, and industry developments.
- Identify areas for improvement and embed continuous improvement into ways of working.
- Contribute creative ideas for new and innovative features with the next-generation client in mind.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Experience within Financial Services is advantageous but not essential.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and functions.
- Proficiency in Application Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, and Responsive Web Design.
- Skilled in the delivery of design, documentation, and handover (Confluence, Zeplin, etc.).
- Proficient with Interface prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
- Knowledge of Flutter is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with animation (use of AE or Rive).
- High-level knowledge and experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
