Location: Battersea
Salary: £23,800 per year
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00
- Friday & Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00
- Bank Holidays: 08:00 - 12:00
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Estate Operative to join our clients team in Battersea. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estate litter picking and sweeping
- Cleaning of common areas, gutters, and drains
- Ensuring all appliances are safe and properly switched off
- Jet washing patios
- Conducting health and safety checks
- Refilling ponds
- Performing any other yardsman duties as required
