Key responsibilities as our new Supervisor:
- Support the successful daily running of the store through ownership of key in store duties
- Operations: oversee effective stockroom management and product accuracy, including delivery receiving, cycle counts and RTV.
- Community: partner with the Community and Events teams, to support in successful execution of elevated moments for our community, from surprise-and-delight, to store and brand events.
- Commercial: support the leadership team in identifying and driving commercial opportunities through service, merchandising and clientele.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, and support teammates with coaching and feedback, to solidify a high-performance, service-orientated team mindset and deliver on store KPIs.
- Nurture and develop relationships, both directly and through the team, to successfully deliver an elevated VIC engagement program.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the store, and assume Manager-On-Duty responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
