We are seeking an HR Admin to join our team on a temporary basis for approximately three months. This role is crucial in supporting our recruitment efforts and administrative duties during a period of significant projects. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in streamlining our HR processes and ensuring compliance.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Assist with the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
  • Conduct HR system maintenance, including document and information organisation.
  • Manage the filing and scanning of all old HR paperwork to maintain orderly records.
  • Oversee the tidying of all SharePoint files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Support the transition of 3 and 6-month appraisals onto our HR System, enhancing the appraisal process.
  • Generate HR compliance reports to maintain and improve organisational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR administration, particularly within recruitment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
  • Competence in managing electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Proficiency in using SharePoint and other data management tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to support various HR functions.
