HR Admin
- Salary Range: £28k - £30k per annum (pro-rata)

- Hybrid - 3 days in office and 2 days working from home
We are seeking an HR Admin to join our team on a temporary basis for approximately three months. This role is crucial in supporting our recruitment efforts and administrative duties during a period of significant projects. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in streamlining our HR processes and ensuring compliance.
Day to Day of the role:
- Assist with the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
- Conduct HR system maintenance, including document and information organisation.
- Manage the filing and scanning of all old HR paperwork to maintain orderly records.
- Oversee the tidying of all SharePoint files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Support the transition of 3 and 6-month appraisals onto our HR System, enhancing the appraisal process.
- Generate HR compliance reports to maintain and improve organisational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR administration, particularly within recruitment.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
- Competence in managing electronic and physical filing systems.
- Proficiency in using SharePoint and other data management tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support various HR functions.
