We are thrilled to have partnered with a boutique independent financial advice firm in Oxfordshire, who are actively looking to expand their support teams! Our client has built themselves a brilliant reputation in the area and industry, and pride themselves on providing truly bespoke advice and wealth planning expertise to their clients across the UK.

Due to an increase in business and continued successful growth of the firm, we are now assisting the business in adding some equally talented and dedicated professionals to the existing teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the financial advisers.
  • Prepare and process client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage and update client records and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports and financial plans.
  • Liaise with clients, product providers, and other third parties to facilitate smooth communication and transactions.

What you need to apply:

  • Previous experience in a financial services or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
