Role & Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls, processing new claims
- Taking inbound calls, updating clients on existing claims
- Providing expert legal advise via telephone and email.
- Setting up new claims
- Updating case notes on current notes
- Taking witness statements / drafting witness statements
Legal Coverage:
- Civil Disputes
- Boundary Issues
- Contract Breaches
- Negligence
- Debt Advice
- Landlord & Tennant Disputes
Required Attributes (ideal but not essential)
- Law Degree
- Experience working as a legal helpline advisor desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
