Automotive Sales Manager
up to £35,000 + realistic OTE of £20,000
Five days a week, Monday - Saturday
Our client, is seeking an Automotive Motorcycle Sales Manager to lead their successful team in an genuinely exciting time for the business.
The successful candidate will spearheaded a multi-franchise dealership that offers a fantastic working environment with (for the right candidate) a great opportunity for realistic progression.
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Achieving and striving to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team.
- Working with the senior management team to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessory sales.
- Maximising sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers.
- Helping our client to achieve standards of process efficiency and cost control.

Due to the nature of the business you will require Main Dealer experience as a Sales Manager however this can be held within Motorcycle or Car trade.
