An outstanding Block Property Management company has business coming in thick & fast and have just taken on a new client with 5 new residential buildings to manage. They need a Client Asset Manager to look after the 5 new sites, maintaining the highest level of service and standards that the company always seeks to uphold. The point of this role is to maximise the overall performance, compliance record, income and profitability for the client and the company.
This role uniquely different to most Property Management positions as you will act as the main point of contact for the client whilst ensuring the Leasing Service Team carry out the lettings process properly and the Tenancy Services team provides proactive and reactive maintenance, if and when it is needed. This, however, will not be direct management and more of a liaison between teams.
You must be able to attend the sites often, as and when required, and carry with you a strong attention to detail to identify where to carry out maintenance when needed as well as being able to provide detailed ad-hoc reports to the client.
A successful candidate will have a strong background in residential Lettings over a sizeable portfolio so can hit the ground running as soon as possible. Willingness to travel is also key, alongside good time management and organisation.

This role will report to an office (9am-5pm) near Marylebone where initial training may take place.
Salary is flexible dependent on experience and qualifications but can go up to £50,000 + bonus + benefits.
