This company operates within the water industry, more specifically wastewater treatment, and is looking to bring in an engineering manager into the company to help manage the engineering and service department. On offer is the chance to join a growing company in a growing industry and be treated as more than just a number!

As An Engineering Manager You Will:

  • Manage the engineering department, including service engineers.
  • Implement a training programme for all service engineers.
  • Ensure all activities follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor and influence engineer productivity.

As An Engineering Manager You Must:

  • Experience within the Water Treatment or Pumping Industry ideal.
  • Be willing to take a step up.
  • Commutable to Aylesbury, but be willing to travel when required.
