The successful candidate will work with existing clients of the firm, helping to support and develop existing relationships. You'll spend a lot of time on the phone, you'll issue sales packs and agreements to customers, keep the customer database fully up to date and liaise with internal teams to handover customer details for efficient after-sales care and processing.

- Answering incoming calls
- Processing incoming sales requests
- Managing / developing existing corporate accounts
- Conducting accompanied visits to customers and suppliers
- Contacting existing clients of the firm to upsell new products and services
- Following up on incoming lead queries
- Delivering a high level of customer services at all time
- Responding to e-mail queries
- Assisting with the build and delivery of marketing campaigns
