Customer Service Administrator

to join their team in

West Grinstead!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, and online chat.
  • Take customer orders, upsell products, and provide personalised product recommendations based on skin types and concerns.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Liaise with the Accounts team to address trade accounts that are overdue or over credit limits.
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks as required.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A genuine interest or passion for skincare and beauty.
  • Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise and upsell products confidently.
  • Proficiency in MS Packages is ideal.
  • Own transport is essential due to the location of the office.

Package & Benefits:

  • £24,000 - £26,000pa, depending on experience.
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
