This exceptional firm are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their friendly and dynamic team in Eastbourne. With a passion for commercial property law and a proven track record in managing conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, your role will be pivotal within this busy, hardworking department.
Within this role, you will hit the ground running as you manage a full caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Sales,
- Purchases,
- Re-mortgages and transfers,
- Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the entire conveyancing process.
About you:
- Strong technical ability
- Deep understanding of commercial property law
- adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships,
- Offering exceptional client care at all times.
Location:
Eastbourne
Salary:
Competitive - depends on experience
Hours:
Monday – Friday 9am – 5.15pm
