Job Overview:
As a Care Home Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and relevant regulations. Your focus will be on delivering top-tier care to residents while achieving financial goals and maintaining optimal occupancy levels.
