Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing life insurer in their search for an additional Complaints Handler to join their team. You will be resolving complaints in line with the FCA Dispute Resolution regulations to ensure the fairest outcome.

This is a brilliant role where you will have exposure across both internal and external parties, including customers and Financial Ombudsman Service.

Experience required:

  • 2 years' experience working in financial services.
  • Knowledge of life insurance/Assurance and pension products.
  • Previous complaints handling experience.
  • Good working knowledge of FCA Dispute Resolution regulation.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Organised, eye for detail, able to work under pressure & empathetic.

Please note you will be required to work in their office 3 days a week.
