Job Title: Business Development Manager (Fire Detection, Sprinklers, Suppression, Security, Voice, Monitoring and Integrated Systems)

Primary Tasks:
- Identify and capitalise on project opportunities across diverse systems.
- Cultivate new client relationships while strengthening existing ones.
- Ensure the creation of precise and appealing proposals and quotations.
- Successfully meet sales targets in terms of volumes and margins.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline through consistent client interaction.
- Conduct surveys at various sites and prepare estimates for maintenance.
- Manage incoming inquiries and develop maintenance proposals effectively.
- Create and finalise contracts through professional quotations.
- Provide monthly reports with accurate forecasting details.
- Maintain data integrity by regularly updating databases.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in essential PC applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong proficiency in written and oral communication, as well as numerical skills.
- Display exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Key Competencies:
- Completion of FIA (or equivalent) training in fire detection and alarm systems.
- Previous experience or training in sales.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing or technical roles within the fire and security industry.
- Knowledge of fire detection systems and associated technologies.
